How many feel they should support and stride along information technology revolution?


As a whole, I think about 30% out of 100% feel that they should support and stride along information technology revolution. Nowadays, parents teachers and some other people that is new to the technology today tried to cope with the new generation. They tried to learn how to used new gadgets like touch screen phones, laptop, tablet, and even new appliances.

The centennial people tried to follow the new trends of the millennial people. They want to cope with the new trends, because it can help them to make their work easier and feel less hard work.

Given the lack of resources in our rural areas in the Philippines, what media can still be used for effective learning in schools? (clue: traditional media)

      The media that can still be used for effective learning in schools is the traditional media. Some of the rural areas don’t have new technology for teaching. Traditional Media it is using a chalk and a blackboard and manila paper as an instructional materials for teaching. That’ why as a future teacher I am eager to learn new things like learning the technology well so that I can use it and help those people living in the rural areas which is not reach by the new technology today.

LESSON 2: Many college students are presently required to take Computer courses including word processing (Microsoft Office), spreadsheet preparation (Excel), presentation techniques (PowerPoint), etc. How do you think this will help application of skills needed in Educational Technology 2?

Taking computer courses is the best way or the first way to help students to learn about using computers and teaching them the skills of using it and applying the skills that they’ve learn from it to the Educational Technology 2. As far as I know in Educational Technology 2 there new lessons that you have to face that is new to your sights and mind, new things to explore in the technology world and new things that you can learn that also need the skills that you have learned from the previous lessons in your computer course that you’ve taken recently.
